Carousify can publish your post immediately or queue it for a future date and time. Scheduling lives inside the same **Publish** flow you use for instant posts — no separate scheduler. ## Write your post Open **Create New Post › Write New Post** (or go to **Post Generator**) and write your content in the editor. The right side shows a live LinkedIn preview as you type. Write Post page with a sample LinkedIn post about Local SEO in the editor Once you're happy with the copy, click **Publish** in the bottom-right. ## Toggle Schedule on Clicking **Publish** opens the **Publish Post** dialog. Nothing publishes until you confirm — by default the dialog is set to publish immediately. Publish Post dialog with the Schedule post toggle on, showing date and time fields Set the date and time you want the post to go live — the **Publish Now** button changes to **Schedule**. Click it to queue the post. Post scheduled successfully toast with the scheduled time displayed in the editor The post now shows **Scheduled for \[date, time]** along with a **Re-Schedule** button if you want to change it. Date and time use the timezone you set during onboarding (**Workspace › General**). If you schedule for 5:00 PM, that's 5:00 PM in your workspace timezone — not the viewer's. ## What's next Move a queued post to a different date or time without rewriting it. See every published and scheduled post in one weekly or monthly view. Drop a comment on your own post automatically after a delay to lift reach. Require manager review before scheduled posts go live.
